Chapter 4 - Powerpoint as a Teaching Tool

Powerpoint can be a powerful tool for telling and retelling folktales.
* Images can be scanned onto Powerpoint slides and students can add text.
* Another idea is for chunks of text to be given to students after a folktales has been read to the class.
* The students then add their own illustrations.
* If each student or pair of students illustrates a page, a class book can be made.
